About Jemma

Hidden Disability Awareness with Jemma shares plain-language tools for conditions that other people cannot see: autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, PDA, hypermobility, dyspraxia, dyslexia, dyscalculia and anxiety.

Why it exists

Most advice about hidden disabilities is written for professionals, buried in long documents, or costs money. The things families actually need — a page you can hand to a new teacher, a way to tell burnout from laziness, a script for a doctor who isn't listening — are rarely one page and rarely free. Everything here is.

This page uses placeholder wording about Jemma's own story. Send me the words you want here and I'll put them in, along with your Instagram link and contact email.
